Refund policy

14 days, in full

Ask for a refund within 14 days of the charge, for any reason and whether or not you have used the service, by writing to support@cursivia.com or by replying to Paddle's receipt, and the charge is refunded in full to the original payment method. This applies to every charge, the first one and each monthly renewal.

The free trial

The first subscription on an account starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, so cancelling before day 7 costs nothing and there is nothing to refund.

After 14 days

Cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Who refunds you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are issued by Paddle, as the seller, to the payment method you used. Cursivia is operated by ECOTECNA GREEN ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT S.R.L., an Italian company.
